Castore, the premium sportswear brand, has agreed a multi-year partnership with Bahrain Victorious, who are competing in the Tour de France.

This partnership marks a major step for the British brand, as it continues to accelerate into professional cycling. The partnership includes leisure and gym wear ranges, made from unique technical fabrics developed exclusively by Castore.

Castore is also partnered with World Tour cycling team Trek Segafredo for 2022, as the official supplier of off-bike, gym and recovery clothing. This includes men’s and women’s team performance clothing.

Castore was founded by sporting brothers Tom and Phil Beahon in 2015. It has set out ambitious plans to take on global sportswear giants such as Adidas and Nike and expects to reach sales of £100m this year.

The fast-growing brand has existing partnerships with a host of world leading athletes and teams including Owen Farrell, Olympic Swimming Champion Adam Peaty, Saracens, Wolverhampton FC and Glasgow Rangers. The company is also backed by a high-profile consortium of investors, including former World No1 and Wimbledon tennis champion Sir Andy Murray.

Tom Beahon, Co-founder of Castore, said: “I’m delighted to announce our partnership with the Bahrain Victorious team. The Tour de France is a world class competition and the team perfectly encapsulate our motto of Better Never Stops. It is important that professional cyclists can rely on their sportswear both on and off the bike; our unique tailoring and materials ensure high performance at all times, in all conditions. Bahrain Victorious is an ambitious team at the top of its game and we’re excited about the journey ahead.”
